We highly recommend this apartment complex. Its gorgeous and well planned and thought out. Id like to thank the architect and planners personally if I could. Construction workers did an amazing job. Office staff is top notch super friendly and handles business quick and easy no issues. Reese is the man and everyone else is great too. The amenities are the best I've ever seen its unreal and perfect here. The property is so vast and open and even has a huge dog park with grass and hills and its own water dispenser for the dogs. No more hassle with keys or gate codes. They have parking passes that open the gates upon arrival you just drive right through and keyfabs for the buildings and apartment doors. Sliding glass doors are awesome no more shower curtains. Is a dream apartment. internet included also so no mire cable company outages. Plus theres a cell phone tower across the street so great cell signal. Close to in and out burger wing-stop and starbucks.

My family and I moved in May of 25 and have loved living here. Maintenence has been quick to make the couple fixes we needed in our unit and they keep the property clean and safe. Common areas are awesome the pools, fire pits, grills, TV’s outside, ping pong, bags and so much seating to lounge around. The indoor common areas are cozy and quiet. The gym is well maintained and has everything needed. My favorite….the events and monthly newsletter! Bingo, happy hours, the occasional donut or bagel, and food trucks. And the front desk staff is so kind and helpful! We have always felt welcome. My only critique would be that two trash dumpsters are needed vs just one.

Been at north bend for about 2 months now and have thoroughly enjoyed my experience. Front office and maintenance actually cares that you like living here and that stuff is taken care of. No apartment is perfect but any issue I’ve had has been fixed right away. The people that live here all seem pretty chill and respectful and there’s a million Christmas trees in the windows if you walk around at night you’ll see them!

Overall just moved in. Appreciated the staff especially Rece who I worked with since August in securing a unit. Overall appreciate the cleanliness of the building and security. It was easy to get everything done online and actually appreciate the already installed routers. I would say the management does a great job!

I’ve lived at Northbend Apartments for almost two months now, and I already love being part of this community. The complex is always clean, quiet, and well taken care of, and the gym has become one of my favorite amenities. It’s spacious, modern, and never too crowded. A special shoutout to Rece at the front desk, who has been incredibly helpful and welcoming since day one. Their support has truly made me feel at home here. I feel lucky to live at Northbend and would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to call home in Tempe.
